2 local men presumedly die in ocean
Two Banning residents are presumed to have drowned after getting caught in a rip current last weekend in Huntington Beach. John Shua Lee, 24, and Shao Moua, 20, got caught, along with two others, in a rip current just before 4:40 p.m. on Aug. 28, according to officials.
